A platform for the sharing of joyful moments and happy experiences is born out of a conversation between a father and a daughter at a local cafe.

‘Smiles are contagious’, David mused, ‘When one person smiles, another always smiles back!’

‘There should be a help desk for happiness’, David remarked. He had just been visited by an electrician who had had trouble communicating with customer services over a broken fridge, and was reflecting on the difficulties of working for a help desk.

‘You should create some kind of help desk for happiness!’ David said to his daughter, Sabrina. The idea for a platform for the sharing and promotion of joyful happy news; the small things that make our hearts warm, was sparked.

The Happy Helpdesk is based on the idea that there is ALWAYS something to smile about.
Here are some happy reminders:

1. Something beautiful occurs on earth every single second.
2. We don’t always hear these stories.
3. Hearing about beautiful things helps us to feel joyful.
4. Joy is good.

The Happy Helpdesk will share stories of joy; miracles; hopes; dreams fulfilled; childish delight and wonder daily.

It will bring to light the mundane moments in which happiness is created and shared, for all to enjoy.

It will link people together through the sharing of joy and happiness.
